Prepare a new flash with the free version for testing. If the new flash can boot the server then backup, format, and reinstall the OS to the licensed flash. Otherwise run MEMTEST overnight.

Dec 16 00:03:28 UnRaidNas emhttp: auto start disabled

Auto start is turned off (it's in the settings).  Is there an error when you try to start the array yourself?  There won't be any shares until the array is started, and none of the syslogs show an attempt to start the array.

Happy you fixed that earlier problem with that strange adapter connected to the 6th SATA port.  It appears to be defective.

Unfortunately no, there isn't one.  It would be a great thing to find.

I'm back after a long period with no time to check anything …

I tried :

Prepare a new flash with the free version for testing. If the new flash can boot the server then backup, format, and reinstall the OS to the licensed flash. Otherwise run MEMTEST overnight.

Good News it's working again: It worked well first with the new flash so I reformat the licensed flash and restore the config & extra folder and all is OK

Thanks a lot for helping !
