md_write_limit cannot be set in webgui

The md_write_limit is not a settable parameter in the Settings->Disk Settings, yet it is still a parameter in disk.cfg.  Is it not intended to be changed?  It defaults to 768 when saving the settings from the webgui.

    3. Adjust your preference.

    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
