PLEX: PID not created. Failed to start for some reason.

Featured Replies

I installed Phaze's Plex plugin yesterday and everything was working great. But today it wasn't connecting to my Xbox so I tried to run the updater in the Unraid 6 settings.

No when I try to start Plex it says:

PID not created. Failed to start for some reason.

I have no idea what's gong on.

I also had & have the same issue. I read on PhAzE plugin page 113 that if you uninstall plugin then reboot to clean it up, then re-install some success has been achieved. I did on several of PhAzE's plugins with success on all but Transmission. That is still a work in progress. If anyone has some suggestions feel free to reply.

I"m having this problem again. I'm trying the solution you mentioned now. This seems to happen when I try to update plex.

Yeah, that didn't work at all. This is really frustrating.
