Not directly related to these sections, however still important for user acceptance/ease.

I'd appreciate if you'd add more specifics for the machine type/bios for the GPU's that you have tested and pass'd through under your 4.2 Graphics Devices section.

For instance, the following conditions/testing notes.

Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 GV-N780GHZ-3GD

Tested Operating Systems

Windows 7 - i440FX 2.1 - 2.3 or Q35 (all), both work well

Windows 8.1 - Q35/OVMF, could not reboot reliably with SeaBios, lockups

OpenELEC - Only tested with i440FX 2.3, all worked reliably.

SteamOS - ....

Known Issues

Must perform MSI Interrupts registry tweak for Windows to safely utilize HDMI audio through graphics card

Sure, I think I could add that without much difficulty.

Thanks, one more too..  :P

How about the driver used during testing?

I noticed in my (failed) testing and giving up (at the time) that some people were having better luck with beta drivers, or were recommended to run those instead of the current stable ones.

This is also helpful to know if it is recommended to use the Windows approved (through windows update) drivers, or (for AMD) to install the driver + catalyst + whatever else comes in the downloads.

I may be overthinking this, however in my testing with my 5450, at that time it did not like the catalyst stable drivers and would cause a lot of issues after install.

All good feedback and will get that incorporated to the wiki. For what its worth, I always use stable nvidia drivers nowadays (from nvidia, not windows) and for amd, I search for the card on their site and download the driver specific for that card, if stable doesn't work, I try beta, but nowadays, stable should work most of the time. There are good patches in our build of qemu to address lots of oddities with AMD.
