Check out the supermicro counterpart as well.

Supermicro is known to be bulletproof for servers.

The C2750 boards are VERY nice ... but the early AsRock versions (about a year ago) had quite a few "growing pains" that took several months to resolve.  [search the forum to see the threads on this]

 

I suspect they're fine now, as there have been quite a few BIOS updates to resolve the early issues.

 

The SuperMicro board is also very nice, but the AsRock has more SATA ports, so which works best for you depends on just what your port requirements are.  Both have IPMI.
