Hi everyone,

 

I'm thinking of building a new computer (http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=41891.0).  With my UnRaid 5 and a separate computer to do my photography work, a have a serious slowdown in moving files off Unraid to local for editing and then back.

 

I expect that I'll be able to access Array drives very quickly if I use that box as my desktop, running Windows in a VM on UnRaid 6 with a local keyboard/mouse.

 

Will it be fast, like a set of local drives?
