Hello everyone i have just installed openvpn in docker and have followed the instructions outlined in the screenshot below called instructions but when i try to start the server im given this error

 

Error:

Are there any step by step instructions for openvpn ?, can someone please point me in the right direction ?, im quite new to open vpn
