Advantages of 16MB HD cache over 8MB

For use in an unRaid array, what would be the advantage of a 16MB cache over a 8MB cache?

 

In an HTPC application where the unRaid server would just be serving up ripped DVDs, I wouldn't think the difference would come into play but I would llike to make sure.  Could the smaller cache increase the likelihood of stutters on playback?
