WebGUI won't load suddenly even after upgrading to 6.1.3 from 6.1.2

Featured Replies

I was fixing the crashplan docker earlier after it suddenly stopped working when something caused me to get locked out of the webgui. I followed some guides to restart it and found out those wn't work for v6 so I had to reboot the server (didn't have the restart script on the boot drive). After booting I still couldn't access it even though the server booted fine. I then upgraded to 6.1.3 and it still didn't fix the issue as well as looking at the thread regarding this same issue on the same page of general support for v6. Also should there be files in /root ? I did a ls and nothing showed up.

What could be the issue and what can I do to get back in?

So I just had the largest brainfart in the world. I forgot I changed the port from 8080 over 2 weeks ago and didn't restart until now. I am able to login.

To anyone out there with a similar issue check your "go" file and make sure you are using the right ip AND port.
