CPU & Cooler Question

Two years ago I built my Backup Server #2 below and I got an i3 CPU trying to save a bit of cash and not knowing what v6 would bring. So now I would like to upgrade to maybe a Xeon E3-1230 V2 or a E3-1240 v2 so I can run a VM or 2, nothing heavy but maybe a Linux VM running Security cams and or Home Automation. The Xeon E3-1230 V2 seem to be more expensive and harder to find with cooler than the newer versions and mostly available as OEM with no cooler.

I see some for a resonable price in the low $200s but listed as System Pulls which I assume are used and not knowing how used I'd rather stay away.

The Question:  Can I use the cooler from my i3, listed below, for the Xeon?

    Yes same socket, I'm just pulling the i3 and replacing with the Xeon if I can find one for a reasonable price.
