January 20, 201610 yr Try a different cable? Is the monitor switched to HDMI input? Sounds obvious, but needs asking.
January 20, 201610 yr Try turning on the ACS override in settings --> VM manager. It seems like your GPU and PCI bridge is in the same group, so it might be the problem.
January 20, 201610 yr Author It was something with my AV Receiver - I plugged directly into the TV and it was working fine. I used the same setup previously with just Windows 10 and the same hardware before going to unRAID w/ a Windows 10 VM. Will troubleshoot more later.
January 21, 201610 yr Author Also have been having the Demonic Audio issues. I did the MSI fixes but what I've found is that when I reboot unRAID my AV Receiver needs to be on otherwise the VM will have demonic audio indefinitely. Strange issue and a little quirky, but glad I figured it out.
January 21, 201610 yr I have the same with my openelec VM. my AV receiver has to be on when i power up the VM for video and audio to work. to be fair, i also had the same issue when my HTPC was a NUC, so its not limited to VMs.

If the Receiver is off when unRAID is booted, I will demonic audio until I reboot unRAID with the receiver on. Once unraid has been booted with the Receiver on I can boot/restart the VM as many times as I want while the receiver is off without a problem. This isn't that bad since my unRAID will be on 24/7 - I just need to remember to have the receiver on when rebooting.
