GUI Delete Docker Image Weirdness

Description:

 

When docker is disabled, and you want to delete the image, you select the delete image checkbox.  After doing this, the grayed apply button changes to "Delete", but remains grayed out.

 

In order to actually delete the image, you also have to set enable docker to be yes (without applying)
