April 12, 201610 yr Author there is 3 hot swap 3.5" bays in the rear. There is 3 2.5" hot swap bays on the side. Ive seen mods of removing the "removable" 2.5" pod and a few other things, and fitting in 6 internal 3.5" drives (2 3x 3.5" pods) if you dont install a video card or water cooler.
