April 19, 201610 yr Every once in awhile my system will slow down to a crawl. I am just running Plex, Sonarr, CP, and Deluge. My CPU will almost always show between 50-100% even when Plex isn't being used. I telnet in and run 'top' and I also check cadvisor and neither show significant CPU usage. What is the best way to monitor resources on this system? Is there any way to monitor disk activity as well?
