File Access error - Unable to delete file on a share

I am accessing a Share from my Windows 10 PC and getting the following error

 

I am not sure what process is using this file?  The share is set as "public" so I am not sure why I am not able to delete this file or what this nobody account is.

 

How can I resolve this?  Thanks

    It's probably a file that one of your downloaders moved into place and that app isn't set to set the correct permissions on it
