@Reptar yes. So i have to downgrade the OnlyOffice Plugin.
This helped me: https://help.nextcloud.com/t/error-after-upgrading-app/126540/17 only the command on Step 5 isn't right.
Maybe this is the right one:
find ./onlyoffice -type d -exec chmod 0750 {} \;
find ./onlyoffice -type f -exec chmod 0640 {} \;
