I recently upgraded my brothers UnRaid box to v6. Since the upgrade he has been having some issues. Today the web interface was unresponsive. I ssh'd in remotely (we have a VPN set up) and tried to run 'diagnostics' from the command line. After waiting like 10/15 minutes and it not completing I downloaded the syslog.

 

I have attached the syslog for reference. Any clues as to what might be causing the issue?

I strongly suspect serious file system corruption on one of your drives, either one of the data drives or the Cache drive.  Please see Check Disk File systems, and run it on all 3 of those drives.

Ran file checks on all of the drives and all came back fine.

Good!  The crash appeared to occur while executing ReiserFS code, which doesn't always mean that's the 'perp', but it's the likely one, therefore the first thing to check.  I don't have any more ideas at the moment.  If it happens again, try again for those diagnostics.
