Need help writing a shell script: modified date -> created date

Hey all.

 

I've accidentally messed up quite a few files with a windows tool that changed the modified date on some of my music. I'd like to write a little shell script that will read in a bunch of flac files recursively, and change the modified date to the created date of the file.

 

The files are in various levels of folder hierarchy, so would be great to specify the root folder and let it go off and do it's thing.

 

Any help appreciated as all the stuff I've found thus far hasn't worked :-(
