July 2, 201610 yr I have recently rebuild my old nas from freenas to unraid, but I'm having trouble get unraid to recognize the hard drives attached to my rocketraid 640 card. I have tried the shell script from the forum but no luck:( I'm using unraid 6.1.9 at the time, my ss640 controller is listed in the system devices menu, and with freenas all my hdds were functional, now I just can use 6 of them which attached to the motherboard. Can anyone help me? July 2, 201610 yr Author I switched from freenas to unraid to use the host virtualization feature. Will there be a fix in the future release or I have to get a new sata controller? If that is the case, someone has any suggestions on them?
July 2, 201610 yr Like the thread says, it's not a unRAID bug, it's a marvell driver issue, try the workaround on that thread, if it doesn't work LSI based controllers work fine with vt-d.
