My log is filling up with this, and I don't know where to start:

I'm guessing some usb device is fragging the log, but I don't know where to even start looking.

    Don't know why USB 3.0 is giving so much trouble for so many!  You might play with your BIOS settings for USB support.  And if you have anything plugged into a USB 3.0 port, try moving it to a USB 2.0 port.  And check for a newer BIOS.
