How long should it take to get a trial key email ?

A friend of mine is wanting to try unraid but so far its 8 hrs since he requested the key and no email.

He has checked spam folders etc and nothing.

    LimeTech normally will not be following this part of the forum on a regular basis.  I believe most people get a response in a couple of hours as I believe is largely automated. (except when it doesn't work...)
