This unit was off for about a month and now after plugging it in, it does not accept the username and password I had previously assigned.  Is there a way to get in and reset the password?

    Web GUI or shares? Web GUI only allows root if that helps.

    That was it, thanks.  I kept typing "tower" instead of "root" as username.  Brain freeze.
