March 10, 200719 yr Riddle me this... 1. Does unRAID (or the linux distro on which it is built) have a daylight savings time feature (i.e., if Congress hadn't changed the rules, would it's clock "spring" ahead by an hour three weeks from now)? 2. If the answer to #1 is "No", then all we'll have to do is manually adjust the time tomorrow morning. But if the answer to #1 is "Yes", does the daylight savings time feature know about the new DST time/date (i.e., tonight at 2:00 a.m.)? 3. If the answer to #2 is "Yes", then everything should be on autopilot (i.e., no manual adjustments necessary). If the answer to #2 is "No", however, then you'll need to manually adjust the time twice (i.e., "spring" forward tonight, but "fall" back in three weeks).
March 10, 200719 yr I thought about this but being an hour off for the time won't ruin my day. From what I understand the new law passed a while ago but no one was really worried about it. Thats why MS waited till March 1 to release an update.
March 21, 200719 yr Releases prior to 4.0 have no DST adjustment feature; you have to manually go and adjust the time. Release 4.0 include ability to use a timezone file for your locale, which for US, has the lastest DST changes.
