I've since purchased a board for my E5-2670 and two LSI 9211-8i cards. I plan on wiping my cache drive and flash drive and starting new. Will this cause any issues with my data disks? Link to comment

None at all, that is, no data loss at all. You'll need to assign the disks, and make sure the parity drive is assigned correctly, but if you then indicate parity is already valid, you won't even have to rebuild parity. A confirming parity check is always wise of course. There's a wiki section on Starting Over. When possible, providing your version of unRAID and your diagnostics helps us help you. Need help?
