    Possibly one of the cache disks dropped offline, diagnostics would help.

    Ran a BTRFS scrub and corrected 600+ errors.  Had to blow away the docker image but it also unfortunately it also corrupted two of my VMs.

     

    Oh well...all rebuildable.
