Not necessarily bad but obviously not working with this controller in IT mode.

Maybe the backplane has to be configured/flashed also into another operating mode?

Could be a driver issue also!?

You could try to get some info from DELL itself.

There is an IT firmware from DELL for the H310.

Ask them, if the controller/backplane combo will work in IT mode respectively what you need to

do with the backplane in order to get it working.

Haven't gotten a response yet really in the Del forums or on Reddit for the matter, but I think its possible that its fixed. I decided to just start over again with the R510 ( as in things I did to prepare for the switch....like unhooking everything down to the system board...then reflashing the H310, during part of the flashing process I noticed "?" on a couple of lines, after the reflash there are no longer "?" marks in the info, and now it looks like it is reading and writing ( I put some disks in to try to preclear ). Attaching new hopefully "good" diagnostics. My plan is to preclear enough space on my spare disks and move disk 3 data to one of those before I attempt to rebuild.

Any thoughts? Good Idea?

Ok data is backed up from Disk 3. There was a parity check when I first moved everything over....So Trust the array or trust the parity?
