I have a current unraid setup using the SATA ports on my board. i have ordered a 9211-8i and 24port intel expander card.

 

Will i have to loose and rebuild all data once i use these cards? or is my data safe?

    Always good to have a screenshot of current array assignments just in case but it should be plug n play.

     

    LSI needs to be in IT mode.

    It should already be in IT mode, if not they are easy to flash.
