cache pool expansion question

Trying to find information regarding the cache pool and how expanding it works. At the moment I have 2x240GB ssd and would like to add another 2. To my knowledge I would have to stop the array, increase the cache device slot count to 4, assign the ssd's and then start the array. I'm curious as to how UNRAID would proceed from there. My assumption is that the pool size will increase to 480GB, would that be correct? Would the cache pool remain raid 1 or change to raid 5,6,10?
