I have a server that failed with my 3 drives in it (basic license). Do I need to get the server back online to extract data or can I take one disk at a time and connect to another pc, or what?

    with unRAID each drive is a free-standing file system and can thus be read independently on another machine (which is one of unRAID's features).  It is easy if the other machine is running Linux as the file systems will automatically be recognised - if running Windows then you may need to take special action as by default Windows does not recognise Linux file systems but it can still be done
