Huge size to "Size on Disk" diference

Hi there,

 

I copied a bunch of files to my Unraid server and I noticed that the "Size on Disk" is almost 2 times the "Size" of the files. On windows this doesnt happen, its the same, but for some reason when I copy the files over it huge. Any idea why?
