That supermicro card you're thinking about, it needs a x4 slot, doesn't it?

That supermicro card you're thinking about, it needs a x4 slot, doesn't it? Yes it does, but the x16 slot should work for the card... assuming Asus did not do something to the motherboard PCIex16 slot to restrict only VGA card use.
