Fix Common Problems Plugin warns me that I have "call traces" and to post my diagnostics

I have the Fix Common Problems plugin installed and recently started getting warnings about there being "call traces" on my Unraid server. It recommended posting my diagnostics since it could indicate hardware errors.... so here I am doing so :)

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
