Hello,

 

SO My share works on my windows 10 pc connected directly to my router,

 

However it doesn't work on my Laptop connected via wireless.

 

 any help on this would be great.

    First, how did you setup the network location when you first connected that Laptop via wireless to this network?  And which option did you choose?  (Home, Work or Public.  The choice determines how Windows sets up security and access permissions.)  Look at the working computer and see what you did there.  Make sure that you have the proper workgroup name.  (You can also find the workgroup name under the 'SMB' icon on the 'Settings page'.)

     

    Second, are you getting any error messages?  If so, what is the exact wording of the error message or what is it requesting from you?
