Run .bin file from Mac

So I'm trying to run this file on my Mac, I downloaded it from the "Releases tab" but when I try and run it from terminal I get Permission denied. Any help you can give me or the command I could try would be great. I have the file on my desktop right now and the file is called "TVMLServer-0.7.1-mac.bin" This let you run Kodi addons on the AppleTV without having to install Kodi.

This is what I have when I open Terminal
