[Repeating Issue] Web GUI Unresponsive, Unable to docker kill container, Unable to shutdown -h now

Hi all,

 

This seems to be a very common issue and I have seen many people posting about it. I am unsure what to do about the issue as it has happened approximately 3 or 4 times now in a span of ~2 months.

 

Some people have said it might be a Reiserfs issue, but I am currently away and do not have the time or the access to do a filesystem conversion.

 

Any guidelines to prevent this from happening?
