Don't see anything wrong, IIRC there was recently another user with the same board and the same problem, let it finish and then do a parity check, I believe only rebuilds and parity syncs are slow.

    That was me! I removed that Disk4 and now the rebuild is also going slow just like rebuilding parity was. I hoped removing that bad disk would get my speeds back to normal.

    Let it finish and try a parity check after the rebuild to see if speed is normal, and just sync/rebuilds are affected.
