Win10 VM can not change the number of cores

Hello everyone.

I have a win10 VM, and if I choose multiple cores, it can not start. If you choose a core, it can start. But after I complete the system installation, shut down to modify its core number. And then start, VM or only a core.

Also, I can not change the BISO type of the existing virtual machine, and my previous motherboard can be changed: ASRock N3150. I am using: ASRock Rack> EPC612D4I and E5 2696 V3
