Network Errors and Drops - Should I be concerned?

I'm new to unRaid so this might be a basic question. 

 

I was doing a long transfer, about 24 hours worth, from my Synology to the unRaid server over the network. I looked at the Network Errors in the Dashboard and I noticed these errors under eth0. 

 

I do have eth0/eth1 bonded and my 'bonding mode' is set to 802.3ad and my switch is set up with Link Aggregation and LACP enabled. 

 

Ideas?
