Bridging VM problem

Hi everyone,

 

I have read the guide on bridging and apparently there are 2 types of bridging, one is private, one is public network bridge.

 

So I'm having a problem on how I could set this one up.

 

Whenever I enable bridging mode, my connection would just stop (not connected to anything, even the LAN light doesn't turn on). I had to connect my screen and keyboard to revert the network setting back. I tried setting mynas on static IP, still nothing.

 

Posting the image of mynas setup below.

The eth0 is greyed out, I can't click it. I wonder what can I do about this?

 

My motherboard is ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z.

 

Anything on BIOS I should change?
