I have 38,066 errors on this disk WDC_WD30EFRX-68EUZN0_WD-WCC4N4FCUY6F

 

I have attached a full diagnostics report and wondering if someone can tell me whats going wrong? I have completed a parity check and it seems to have come back ok, as in i am still seeing a green ball

Thanks Johnnie, unfortunately my drives are on a backplane so i have tried moving the drive into another slot and to see if the errors still keep happening.

The CRC errors indicate some type of connection problem between computer and drive. Normally a bad or loose cable, but could be a bad backplane, controller, cracked connector, drive cage not fully inserted, or something else.
