[solved] Unraid System Unresponsive

Featured Replies

I recently upgraded my server hardware, and my system becomes unresponsive if left idle.

I am running version 6.3.5 release.

The webui fails to load (Chrome shows an error of "this site can't be reached").

Connecting a monitor to the system shows the following text:

nohup: redirecting stderr to stdout

The command prompt is unresponsive to keyboard input.

Putty fails to ssh connect with:

unable to open connection to tower host does not exist

I am uncertain how long the system takes to reproduce the error (it's on the scale of hours).

Doing an unsafe power cycle brings the system back up in a working state.

I am not sure what to do at this point, and any help would be appreciated.

That appears to have solved the issue (48 hours stable so far).  Is there a topic/bug tracking that?
