July 14, 20178 yr Hi, When i checked my array this morning I saw this: Im assuming that my parity drive is faulty and I should just replace it. Is that the correct thing to do? Syslog: https://pastebin.com/mG3fu76h Parity disk log: https://pastebin.com/qKpqgB9p Smart report from a couple days ago: https://pastebin.com/83tL444t Empty smart report from today: https://pastebin.com/NFRfj0M9 Im trying to get a smart report of the broken disk but it wont spin up (I`ve pressed the button a couple of times but nothing happens) Thanks in advance! July 14, 20178 yr Disk dropped offline, possible cable problem, check/replace cables, reboot and get a new SMART report. Also always post the complete diagnostics.
July 14, 20178 yr Author Thanks for the quick reply! Here is the new report: https://pastebin.com/bmKwU96r The parity drive is still disabled, does that mean I should rebuild?
July 14, 20178 yr SMART looks fine but CRC errors about doubled from last SMART, so replace SATA cable and rebuild to the same disk.
