April 25, 201016 yr Author Well, a happy conclusion. Thanks to everyone from their help. The culprit turned out to be my router. I upgraded the firmware this morning on a hunch and speeds are back to normal. I imagine resetting the router might have done the same thing. I physically moved my unraid box to the same switch as another pc, and the speeds were fine which helped me realized that the problem must be the router. Even though I had tried several router ports and cables, I had no luck. Thanks again folks.
