SATA Raid Card support.

Featured Replies

I have left over from an old raid config a 5 port sata card. In windows the card appears as a standard IDE port na d needs no drivers.

This is the quote that should be of interest

"Completely driverless by design, it can be easily installed into new and existing computers in very little time and is completely compatible with existing applications."

I've just tried it in my second server and so far it doesn't show drives attached as available to configure, is there any chance of this card being supported in unraid?

There's a driver for Netcell IDE RAID available - doesn't say anything about SATA, but might work.  Send me an email [email protected] and I'll send you the driver which you can easily install and test.  If it works, then I'll include it in next release.
