sorry for the noob question but i am trying to get iommu working, when i enable it in my bios and reboot the server i can no longer connect to the web gui, going back into bios and disabling it allows me to connect again :/

there seems to be some issue with that board and iommu.

The only post that seem to end any chat on the thread was a BIOS update might fix it.

Though it could be they exchanged it for another motherboard.

 

That issue you mentioned about not being about to get into the web ui when you turn it on seem to be replicated here with ubuntu. https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1818433

So it might be this board.

thanks for the heads up i will try bios update and see if that helps if not then oh well, can always transform my main rig into a unraid desktop with linux vm :)
