Weird Pre-Clear Result

I had a drive, twice, "fail" pre-clear. It ran all 10 steps, and didn't give any reason, except "this drive cannot be pre-cleared". Weird...so I decided to assign it to the array anyway. I figured I could always run a SMART check on it from inside the array. But a funny thing happened...when I assigned it, unRAID is saying this drive is bigger than my parity drive. It's not; it's 1T, and the parity is 1.5...but unRAID shows this drive as 2+T  ???

 

Thoughts?

Sorry...still kind of a newbie. I should have looked there first. Line after line of sector errors. I'm not sure the drive is the issue; I'm going to try a different bay on my new Norco.
