This is vitally important for allowing passthrough on many machines. Vm's work normally without passthrough otherwise.

    I am having the same problem with the 6.4.0_rc14.  Having to revert back to 6.3.5, but have Ryzen and experiencing bug with Windows VM losing CPUs.
