npm uninstalled how do i get it back?

in a bout os sleepiness i mistanking ran the command:

 

npm un -g npm

 

its now gone and a docker i installed wont run now.

 

is there a way to get it back?  I do have a CA backup of my flash drive but unable to find the /usr/lib/bash folder via the Windows gui
