Drive is Disabled - After Server Move

Featured Replies

Moved server to new location, and cleaned up cabling for all drives (power and data cables) this past weekend.  Machine has been running fine until the schedule upgrades for all dockers and plugins fired at 4 am this morning. Now disk1 (the "most used" drive) is reporting Drive is Disabled.   My gut is telling me I don't have a cable plugged in all the way but this is the oldest drive I have so I want to be sure.  Here are the machine specs:

Hardware

iCore 5-750 2.66 (Lynnfield)

MSI p55-CD53 - Motherboard

16 GB RAM

Intel 480 SSD - Cache

Wd 4 TB Red - Parity

Disk 1 - WD 3tb Green - Currently Disabled

Disk 2 - WD 3tb Red

Disk 3 - WD 3th Red

Disk 4 - WD 3tb Red

UnRaid 6.3.5

Dockers

Couchpotato

Dolphin

DuckDNS

LazyLibrarian

Mylar

OpenVPN-AS

Plex

PlexPY

RDP-Calibre

Sabnzbd

Sonarr

Transmission

Plugins

CA Auto Update Applications

CA Backup/Restore Appdata

CA Cleanup Appdata

Dynamix Webgui

Preclear Disks

Unassigned Drives

UnRaid DVB Edition

Attacked is the diagnostics - Note the SMART Report for the drive is blank.

I appreciate any help that can be provided.

Disk dropped offline, check/replace cables and reboot.

PS: your onbaord SATA controller is set to IDE, enter the bios and change it to AHCI.

Thanks!  I am in the middle of a (scheduled) Parity Check so I will shut it down and check everything this afternoon.  Also I will make the changes to the SATA controller.

That worked perfect - all files appear to be perfectly fine.  Thank you for your help!

You'll still need to rebuild the disable disk, you can try on the old disk if SMART is OK, you can post new diags if in doubt.
