UnRaid webgui unresponsive.

Hi all,

This has started to happen about once a week.  I can't think what changed to cause this.  I do there is a suspicious drive that has a reallocated sector count.  This has been there since soon after I installed the drive.  The unresponsiveness has started more recently.

Thanks for the help!

Filesystem corruption on disk1:

Oct 23 21:40:56 media kernel: REISERFS (device md1): Remounting filesystem read-only

Run reiserfsck:

ETA: this may be a result of the unclean shutdowns, and not the cause, but it needs to be fixed either way, though reiserfs is known make unRAID unresponsive in some cases, so if issues persist you may want to consider converting all disks to xfs.

Thanks for the tip.

I think you are right, as the problems did intensify when I added a new drive a few months ago and it was formatted with ReiserFS instead of XFS.

I stupidly went guns-a-blazing without reading proper procedure on changing file systems and lost a bunch of data.  Others, learn from my mistake!
